The online format follows the same structure as an in-person session with a brief introduction, a demonstration, and a blissful 60 minutes of pure life force energy transmission. We believe this session length is ideal for participants to receive the maximum benefit of the energy transmission and to comfortably discuss any insights that may come up.
I hold these sessions every week to ensure you have plenty of opportunities to attend. You can typically catch me on the weekends at various yoga studios situated in the Greater Toronto Area. However, I know everyone has busy lives and commitments, so I'll occasionally vary our schedule and offer weekday sessions as well.
