Online sessions have proven to be just as effective as their in-person counterparts. The reason for this is simple: energy is not confined by location or time but rather is driven by intention and consciousness. Moreover, online sessions offer many convenient benefits. For example, they are accessible from anywhere in the world, making it easier for busy individuals to participate in KAP. Additionally, online sessions can be especially beneficial for individuals with unpredictable schedules, who might find it challenging to commit to in-person sessions. To join an online session, all you need to do is sign up and wait for the Zoom meeting link to be sent to your email one hour prior to the session start time.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A KAP SESSION?
To start the session, please make yourself comfortable on either your bed or a mat on the floor. I will be transmitting energy to you from a distance while playing brainwave shifting music in the background. Although you may seem still on the outside, inside your being, you will undergo an array of experiences. Get ready to relax and receive the energy, allowing it to flow to where it is needed in your body. During the session, take note of any sensations, thoughts, or emotions that arise and stay present in the moment.
PREPARING FOR THE SESSION:
- Before beginning a session focused on energy work, it is essential that you take some time to center yourself. I recommend that you engage in activities that promote a peaceful state of mind, such as meditation, deep breathing, or taking a gentle walk in nature. Such activities will help you calm your mind and prepare it to receive the energy that you will work with.
- To ensure that the energy flows effortlessly throughout your body during the session, it is advisable to steer clear of alcohol and drugs, including marijuana, for at least 24 hours prior. This will help to make certain that your channels of energy are free of blockages, and that the energy can travel easily through your body without being hindered or inhibited by any outside factors.
- It is also recommended that you strive to maintain an empty stomach before the session begins. Ideally, you should not eat anything for at least three hours before the session, or at least eat very lightly. This will allow the energy to move freely through your body and not be disrupted by processes of digestion.
- In addition, some find that abstaining from meat in the lead-up to the session can be helpful since it may inhibit the flow of energy through the body. By avoiding meat, you may be able to experience a greater sense of fluidity and ease during the session.
